Category Admins
I want to give somebody else admin access to one branch in my gallery. Is that possible to do? If not, can it be added in 1.4?

no, you can't have admin right only for 1 category.
I'm really wondering if I add this functionnality to PhpWebGallery (in 1.4 or next) : it's not easy to developp and I'm not really sure many people can't do what they want with already existing features
