cs_CZ versus cz_CZ
Hi, I was doing some localization on Download Multi plugin but I couldn't get it to work.
After a little bit of debugging, I noticed that language setting is wrong - code for czech language is "cs" and not "cz", country code is "cz" so it's "cs_CZ" and not "cz_CZ".
Not sure if it's important enough to be fixed though ... (maybe some plugin localizations rely on this wrong code ...)

Thank you eddie for this bug notification.
To fix this bug, it seems as easy as to rename the folder, but unfortunately... it also means we need a "migration task" to update user_infos.language column, and we try to avoid "migration task" on a stable branch (or it makes the upgrades much more complex).
So what? I think we will rename cz_CZ into cs_CZ for 2.1 but not on 2.0 yet.

@plg: I understand your motivation, I'm totally fine with fix in 2.1
@flipflip: I'll send my translation today (in the evening) together with completed english translation. In the long term I'll probably need to tweak your plugin a little bit, maybe you'll find my changes suitable for official release ...
