Hello pLoader addicts!

Following internationalization improvements introduced in pLoader 2.0.5a, here comes pLoader 2.0.5b. This new release mainly brings 2 new languages (many other coming, hopefully) and bug fixes.

pLoader 2.0.5b is only available for Windows. The Ubuntu version is still under preparation (yes really), we're encountering dependency issues which makes the problem a bit complex.
