On the Maintenance page in Admin you have the option "Delete multiple size images: All, Square, Thumbnail, S - small, M - medium, L - large, Custom" but clicking on these refreshes the page and I assume it has done its job.

It could do with a green tick with "All thumbnails have been successfully deleted." type thing. Similar to what is done for Database check.
