Hello everyone,
I’m running 2.4.6 version (Theme: Stripped(black)). Using videojs plugin, I get the size of video player window very small (please see picture below). It can be full screen maximized by pressing “Full screen“ button, but by default it is placed on the top left corner of the screen and very small.
I am maybe missing something, but my question is: is there any way to adjust the video player screen size and place it somewhere in the middle?
Thanks much in advance!

Hello
could you post a link?
Offline
Sure, it is - http://www.skypril.com/
I posted an example video in the album called MyVideoClip. It is HD mp4 video.
Also, if you would give me a hint why it is NOT playing in any browser (I tried IE, Firefox, Chrome) except Safari, it would be just great!!!
Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your respond flop25. But unfortunately I did not understand your message at all. I use videojs plugin installed from piwigo repository. And I get what you see. I'm sorry again, but am I doing anything wrong or you need some more information from me to discover the problem.

Ohh, ok I got it now. The would you please kindly advise some altrnative based on your experiense of how to resolve the problem and make video files played properly on my site?
Like:
- change the plugin (witch I tried actually I tried jplayer, and got different weird situation - player window was bigger then navigation bar underneath)
- use embedded video plugin ( witch I also tried, i hooked up video form youtube/vimeo and got video played full screen without the option to minimize it somehow... Another weird situation)
- change country of living
- change sex...
So on...
Well, last two looks less obvious to resolve the problem, but I would apretiate any advise from you in order to make it possible post and play video on my site.
Thank you very much for your patience!

You might try to change the theme

Ok, thank you flop25, but this theme is the most important thing that I'd like to keep. It's minimalistic and elegant.
Anyway, thanks again.

Hello,
VideoJS is only test with the default template. The new version is reponsive which can have a big impact on theme/template.
I believe you need to modify the original template to get the CSS right to your theme/template.
Regarding the video not playing outside of Safari, There can be multiple cause.
First try the VideoJs demo page, /var/www/piwigo/plugin/piwigo-videojs/videojs/demo.html.
Second what do you get when you go on the photo-edit of your video? Do you have all details display?

i think the theme is not the problem. after the first start
of videojs i have no problem with the size of the movie-window
after different attempts to "install" ffmpeg, anything is crashed.
i had try with uninstall and install, but the problem stay.

Hello,
There is no way FFMPEG is doing this.
It is like MediaInfo, they are both external tools.
They are not mandatory, how it's mean you fallback to manual mode.
You have create yourself the poster and upload then into the pwg_representative folder.
Then you do a normal PWG sync and it should work.
Only the minimal require Width and Height will be insert in the database when doing the PWG sync.
Hope this helps
