[resolved] Lost Login panel from home page

Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I was 'adjusting' plugins (read:fiddling with various settings to see what they would do) and then refreshed the home page for my site.  Now the login panel on the left side is gone!  I can't be sure which plugin caused the change - lesson learned change only one at a time!  Anyway, is there a way to restore these by eliminating plugins from the server side (I can't get at the plugin administration page)?  Or is this another problem, like a change in permissions that I will have to adjust a config file?

I could delete and reinstall the entire installation but that seems like overkill.  I think a plugin changed the home page without my understanding before hand what that change really meant.

Hi

https://bpa.tgbartlett.net/admin.php to access the admin (I guess, as there is a Apache password)

and then Configuration->Menus
