Hello!
My Piwigo is latest version incl all plugins.
/admin.php?page=plugins shows:
All: 30 - Activated: 21 - Deactivated:9
But there's only 29 plugin boxes listed underneath; "Cookie Consent" is missing.
Any ideas were to look at?

I met the issue in last Frebruary. Below is what I noted :
The Cookie consent plugin could be installed and activated, but one can't uninstall it, because it doesn't appear in the plugin management. ddtddt gave me the solution on the forum : be inspired by the admin of another plugin to display the path of its config. It is OK with admin.php?page=plugin-cookieconsent, I had to modify some things, but as it is not displayed in the general page of the plugins, we cannot uninstall it. But I don't want it, because it doesn't comply with the French legislation. I'm waiting for a solution.
After 2 hours, the plugin came back next to the others in the plugin management area. I could uninstall it.
I made a note to myself: DO NOT REINSTALL!

I can deactivate and delete the "Cookie Consent" plugin still running Piwigo 2.10.2.
I am still running this outdated version as I cannot activate or delete any plugins if I update.

Mine is no beta version, it's the last official one 12.3.0. There was no problem with 11.x releases.
Anyway, Cookie consent plugin is of no use to me, since it does not comply with European laws.

I could de/activate it in phpMyAdmin only, but I've uninstalled it.
It's buggy (superfluous "}" in styles.css, and also useless as it can't inhibit the pwg_id cookie.
