I was unable to create video posters, even though mediainfo, ffprobe, exiftool, FFmpeg all showed with a green checkbox

This was one of the errors I was getting:

Warning: array_merge(): Expected parameter 1 to be an array, null given in /piwigo/plugins/piwigo-videojs/admin/admin_sync.php on line 53

I found this thread that included one of the error messages I was getting and changed the Piwigo config table with this command: UPDATE config SET value="a:0:{}" WHERE param="vjs_sync"

Once I ran that command, the Video JS dependencies page now shows mediainfo, ffprobe, exiftool, FFmpeg as not installed.

I created a poster manually. If I display the video in Piwigo and click the "Edit Photo" button and choose the VideoJS tab, VideoJS shows a valid path to the poster (see below), yet the poster does not appear.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
