"The gallery is locked for maintenance. Please, come back later."
I am trying to access thumbnails, but constantly get this message.
Is this an aproblem on your server, or have I activated some parameter?
also no images are visible
How do I resolve this problem?

On the admin page (General) you clicked the gallery locked.
There is a link at the end of "Please come back..." (one of the points at the end) that will allow you to login as an admin and unlock the gallery.
Alternatively you can type in your browser the url http://mysite.com/path_to_my_pwg_instal … cation.php
