I understand what you're saying , but I only allow access to guest users regarding the notification feed via the link that guests can use. Also I do not have private categories as after synchronising, they are all immediately made public for guests. I also do not have any users and never will.

The notification feed that is available to guest users are the rss feed elements(image only, not the full rss feed) that I am refering too.

So what I am asking to do isn't possible under my circumstances? I basically want to have the ability to use the Rss feed image only/link elements that the guest can browse presently in a plugin for the main index showing the images and links.

If you mean admin side of the feed than that is a big no. I never plan on doing that, and I can exactly see what your saying as I'm looking at it right now.
