Thanks for your help, finally I have figured out how to use it after using online translator.

But can I use it not in the category page but in picture.tpl? Since I have picture description for each picture, like on this page: http://piwigo.ranmajen.net/picture.php?/13/category/13

I would like to have more than 1 next and previous thumbnail at the right bottom of the page.
