Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Thanks for the kind words about my work! :)

I am going to look into this, the behavior you described could be a bug.

my problem ("There is something wrong in CryptProtectData").
I've just try to re-enter my user name and password and it still doesn't work.
Do you have another idea ?

I found a workaround for this problem - download version 1.2.0 (build #357) .

Okay, thank you!
It could be a bad usage of my fault too. :)

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Trying to reply to Nicolas Andrillion who contacted with the following issue:

I can not log onto my piwigo site as i qm getting the error message: Bad URL.

I tried e-mailing back with the proposed solution, but my message bounced twice. ..

The solution is quite simple - you have to include the http:// or https:// prefix in your URL.

Besides, the new beta version checks for this automatically and displays a comprehensive message if the protocol portion of the URL is missing.

Regards,

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Hi alloyphoto,

thank you for your impressive tool.
I used it to publish my photos on my NAS, so my family members can see and search my photos.
Now I edit some metadata and republish these photos.

The problem is than, that I have these photos twice in my photo gallery. One with the old metadata and the other with new metadata.
So every time I republish my photos, the old one wouldn't deleted.

Is there a trick to do this?

the version is 1.2.0 (build #357)

regards

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

I would like to send you the log, but I can't:

A window with an internal error message pop up:

"Ein interner Fehler ist aufgetreten:
...rt\1.2.0\PiwigoExport.lrdevplugin\alloyphoto.reg.lua:692: attempt to index local 'propertyTable' (a nil value)"

what can I do?

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Piwigo Plugin version 1.2.0 (build 380, BETA) is available for download:

    * Fixed the issue with duplicate photos remaining in the gallery after re-publishing
    * Fixed the "attempt to index local 'propertyTable' (a nil value)" error when submitting the debug log
    * Implemented a change for the upcoming Piwigo 2.2 that will allow to retain existing comments and ratings when re-publishing photos.

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

I added another fix for the issue with creating the album hierarchy when using album sets. Build #381 is available for download.

Don't work with Piwigo v2.2.0.RC2

Plug-in error log for plug-in at: C:\Users\Gotcha\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Modules\PiwigoExport.lrdevplugin

This looks like a Piwigo issue - the error is coming from Piwigo PHP code and it complains about the attempt to redeclare the ws_images_addsimple() function.

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Gotcha, plugin pwg.images.addSimple is not compatible with Piwigo 2.2.0RC2. Uninstall it :-)

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Work very fine on trunk !!!

All my thanks for this fantastic plugin.

Vladimir you're the best ;-)

I will have other questions but I would expect the publication of Piwigo v2.2 to announce them.
