This can be done after releasing of bg_BG translation for Piwigo, it's much easier for them to translate from Bulgarian to Macedonian. At least my colleague Zoran Tilic releases some of the mk_MK translations for Joomla! after Bulgarian release.

For update public part to piwigo, a Macedonian translator  can he translate
