I've made some tests but I can't reproduce. As far as I can see, rightClick plugin works fine, and if I can't reproduce, I can't fix.
Which plugins do you use? Which theme is active?

To used with LLGBo2 and navigation on picture , you need the latest version of rightClick 2.3.a
I don't find this line in your code:
<!-- Protected images by the "rightClick" plugin (version 2.3.a): rightClick/template/rightClick_protect.tpl -->
It's seem that the plugin rightClick is not activated

Well, that might be the problem, my manager shows that V. 2.2.b is activated. I'll upgrade the plugin.

So, rightclick V. 2.3.a isn't available as an auto upgrade in the plugins, I'll have to download it.

And I guess the plugin is not active if you are logged in as admin?! At least it works this way with OSX and Safari in my case.

I tried with FF and Chrome (where I wasn't logged in) and I could right click. I logged out as admin in IE and I could right click.

I can't reproduce. I have tested with Stripped 2.0.3 and rightClick 2.3.a and it works as expected.
In the source code of the page, we should see somewhere:

Can you deactivate Look Like GBO to make sure it's not the problem?

The issue is not linked to "Look Like GBO".
I don' know why, but the RightClick template file is not loaded.
"<!-- Protected images by the "rightClick" plugin.". is not in the source code.
Could you one more time upload the files from the rightclick plugin.

I redownloaded it to my computer, unzipped it. I went into my admin and deleted rightClick. It no longer showed in my directory. I uploaded the new version (the one I just downloaded to my computer) and activated and restored it.
It's still not working.
