we are a team of five administrators and want to upload a lot of photos to the Piwigo. Sometimes we do this at the same time. But all the upload settings are not personalized, neither in the database nor in a cookie. So one of us perhaps wants to upload some photos in HD and changes the settings into HD. If at this time another user is uploading he does perhaps not notice it and makes also an upload with the HP option I have marked before.

O.k., you can say one global setting for all users is enough. But ...

... the same problem arises also with the preselected category taken from the last uploaded photo. If somebody else is uploading to another category at the same time and I do not pay attention he changes my upload category.

The community plugin is not the alternative. It seems to work the same way.

Imagine a big photo or video platform like youtube or flickr with millions of users doing uploads and their settings are changed by other users every second. You would go crazy! :-(

Why aren't the settings saved separately for each user? If bug is defined as inconvenience we should notice this as bug. ;-)
