Can you:

1) go to [Administration > Configuration > Options > Photo sizes]
2) click on "show details" in the top right corner of the "Multiple size" box
3) click on the "Reset to default values" link

Give another try in the gallery.

Actually, found a second to add that line via my localfiles editor plugin.

$ pwd
/home/chinntec/public_html/gallery/_data/tmp

$ cat i.log | grep Error

yields no results

reset multiple size options to default values. No thumbnails exist when I revisit my gallery.

I will be gone for a few hours starting now, but the account I emailed you has access to the admin panel

bkcorwin, I' tried to switch to GD as graphical library and it works fine. I've switched back to "External ImageMagick" for testing.

Yes, it's working when you add
$conf['graphics_library'] = 'gd';
to your local config file.

Is this a temporary or the final solution?

GD works and is more stable than ImageMagick, but produces slightly inferior quality.

Hello all,

I too am having the same issue since upgrading. None of the images (thumbnails and main images) show for me. Each one has the dreaded red 'X'.

Any quick solution for this, or do we have to wait for a new release to fix the bug?

Immediate solution:

1) activate plugin LocalFiles Editor
2) open screen [Administration > Plugins > LocalFiles Editor > Local config]
3) paste this code

from i.log i see the convert command which looks correct, but there is no output file generated ...
maybe someone can try to run a command from i.log into a ssh shell ? see if it's working ???
