When I go into the gallery, all the thumbnails work etc. However when I click on a thumbnailed image to see the individual picture on its own page, it gives me this black blank page with the text
"Please Wait Loading #89
End #424"
This issue applies to every image on my gallery. When I upload, everything is swell. I can even view the larger image through the admin page, but no through the main gallery.
remove Autosize, it still has big issues

You mean from configurations-> Options-> Photosizes tab where it says resize after upload?
I did that but it still gave me that blank page...

"resize after upload" is for... well... upload :-)

Unfortunately, I still encounter the same issue.

If you still have the error, that mean you didn't removed (or just unactivated) the plugin

Yeah, Unchecking the options wasn't enough, so I had to deactivate it.
