Hi guys, I searched high and low for an answer to this to no avail, so hopefully I can get an answer in here.
I own 2753 Productions Photography ( http://photography.2753productions.com ) where I run Piwigo 2.4.6, and in the guestbook and other comments I have attempted to use the Crypto Captcha plugin to help get rid of at least some of the spammers. However when I attempt to do this, no matter what browser I try (IE, Firefox, Chrome) when not logged in, I cannot see the captcha picture in order to post a comment for a test.
Not only this, but I have been informed by friends and other visitors that the same thing is happening with them, thus they are unable to comment.
So for now I am forced to disable the Crypto Captcha plugin, and have to just grin and bear the daily influx of spam comments awaiting administration.
I'm using elegant (default) theme
Any help on this?

just a little off-topic : you activated a plugins witch display the big image near the cursor on thumbnail page AND another plugin witch open the image in a lightbox
I think it's really boring to have both, If I were you I would remove the one adding the image near the curos
and also, all javascripts on picture page are broken, I don't know why be you should deactivate all plugins and activate them one by one the see why it doesn't work

Hi mystic100.
I have the same problem trying to use crypto captcha while I rebuild my installation from scratch in 2.4.7. The httpd error log shows:
[Sun Feb 24 19:53:59 2013] [error] [client 192.168.nnn.nnn] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreate() in /var/www/html/plugins/CryptograPHP/securimage/securimage.php on line 502, referer: http://fristersoft.dyndns.org/register.php
Clues? Suggestions?
Just so you can check, I left crypto captcha installed: fristersoft.dyndns.org/register.php

imagecreate is a native PHP function http://php.net/manual/fr/function.imagecreate.php
ask your host why you can't use it (probably GD is not activated)

Thank you mystic100 for the tip. I will hunt for the solution, something is wrong with the default PHP installation/config. I'm running my own server (ClearOS 6.3 Community Edition).

(I clicked on you link but didn't look at the host :-) )

No worries. Problem is resolved, I had to install php-gd. Crypto-captcha uses GD even when ImageMagick is installed and forced in local files editor.

more precisely http://www.phpcaptcha.org/ use GD (as it's available amost everywhere)
