Hello/Hi/Greetings,
When I try to move a picture from one album to another, I get an error message. This message only show for a split second, so I took a screenshot to illustrate.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
Kind regards Knitter

Hi
I have now overwritten all the files in the Piwigo-installation. Didn't help.
How do I see, if a plugin is incompatible?

Thx

could you check your server logs for any 403 errors?
Offline
There was just one log, and after having extracted the logfile (.gz-file) it came up with this:
Internal Server Error
500
No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 1 when it ended.

lol
you should report that to your hosting They have messed up something on their config
Then when this has been fixed, retry the error and look at the *real* logs

I'm not sure if I made myself understood by the hosting supporter, but I downloaded the file (text/x-generic).
It opened in notebook after half an eternity. File size 44.26 MB
It was a huge block of text, not for humans to read, I guess, and when i tried to scroll, notebook froze. Not responding.
So, I can't see if there has been some 403 errors.

that's perfectly readable
Use Notepad++
then each line has
IP - - [31/May/2016:14:05:30 +0200] "METHOD url protocol" ServerErrorCode - "-" "browser"

Forwarded. Thanks :-)

check ip and time : is that your server and does the date agree?

Yes, it's my IP, and the date is also OK. How are those lines different from all the other?
And thanks for the hint about Notepad++. I didn't know of it till now.

What is this? A bot trying to break my login code?
IP - - [06/Jun/2016:02:14:02 +0200] "GET /main.php?g2_view=core.UserAdmin&g2_subView=core.UserLogin&g2_return=/main.php%3Fg2_itemId=20633%26 HTTP/1.0" 404 - "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MJ12bot/v1.4.5; http://www.majestic12.co.uk/bot.php?+)"
There are a lot of those lines.
Is there a way to protect my site, so that you have only a few trys and then you must wait some hours before trying again?

Yes that's called fail2ban but it requires usually the control over the server to configure it. Ask to your hoster.
About your issue I'm gonna ask for the help of a skilled colleague
