Hi folks,

Is there any way to modify the default permissions used by the Photos->Add form, so that instead of defaulting to Everybody I can have it default to (for example) Admins?  I spent some time diving through the code awhile back but didn't determine there was anything I could place in local config to adjust the default.  But my php knowledge is extremely low.

In my case I want to default to more restrictive permissions and then be able to tweak some photos into more expansive visibility later, without having to remember on every upload to adjust that permissions dialog.
