Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I have uploaded tiff images to folders and ran local sychnorizatin but I cannot get thumbnails or any other size images.
When I browse to those albums all I can see is qustion mark icon. Files are in correct folders and they are added to database.
Cannot find anything in apache log files.

I have cheched this:
http://piwigo.org/doc/doku.php?id=user_ … es_missing [FAQ] My pictures don't appear!
This is what I have in local files editor
$conf['graphics_library'] = 'ext_imagick';
$conf['ext_imagick_dir'] = '/usr/bin/';
$conf['enable_formats'] = true;

When I try to see image manually with url I got this error in log file and web page says only "missing":
[2017-12-27 17:39:04] [ERROR] [i.php] 400 Missing -
url: '/i.php?/galleries/Koirat/pennut/pennut30.tiff'
But files are in correct folder and permissions are OK, it works for jpg but not for tiff.

I'm having this same issue. Did you find a resolution?

if you have ssh access you could try something like this in the shell
magick -version
should return something like this:
Version: ImageMagick 7.0.7-4 Q16 arm 2017-09-28 http://www.imagemagick.org
Copyright: © 1999-2017 ImageMagick Studio LLC
License: http://www.imagemagick.org/script/license.php
Features: Cipher DPC HDRI Modules
Delegates (built-in): jng jpeg ltdl png tiff zlib
so you could see if your imagemagick is compiled with tiff library

Thanks for your reply.
magick -version is not a valid command on my installation.
when I do a 'convert -version' I get the following

I'm beginning to think may be with the size of my images. They are between 3M and 18M.
I used the ImageMagick to convert the files from tiff to jpeg and tried to import the the new jpeg files. I had the same result, no thumbnail images are created.

Hi ccullings
I would prefer you open a new thread, except if you did read the faq, done the same checks as beavis and got the exact same results
