Please update your database config. Piwigo is still looking for your old server.

Did you migrate the SQL database?
You can also try deleting the directory _data/templates_c

Yes i did migrate the database. Exported all tables and the imported them? Wrong?
I renamed the Folder. It has been created new, but no change. Upload still not working.

You could always reinstall.

Thanks!
Is there a guide which tells me, which folders to keep (Template, Settings, Plugins...)
Then i will give it a try.

Just do a manual install and overwrite existing files.
https://piwigo.org/get-started
Actually, before you do that, try the maintenance tools:
Check database integrity
Repair and optimise database
Reinitialise integrity check

Maintenance Tools didnt work.
I installed piwigo fresh, and copied following folders
galleries
upload
plugins
template-extension
local (except database.conf)
themes
All settings, themes and everythin has gone. And upload is still not working.

If you had just overwritten existing files like I said, that wouldn't happen. I never said erase everything.
Anyways, it seems the problem is with your server. Not Piwigo.

You said

Sounds for me to do a clean install and then override with "old" files..
Backed up my site, so no worrys.
Maybe you can explain what exactly do you mean?
Upload all files from the manual install folder and override them? Thats all?

Hi! That didnt worked out :(
My Hosting Priver, says it must have to be soemthing with piwigo iteself :(
Is there a way to check all prerequisites?
Maybe a serversetting is wrong?
