Install page stalls
Hello/Hi/Greetings,
When I goto website the URL populates with domain.com/install.php but nothing show just a black page
I'm sure this is easy fix
Piwigo version: 2.9.4
PHP version: PHP version: 7.2.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.2
MySQL version: Server version: 5.7.23-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 - (Ubuntu)

It seems to work for me. I see some Miller family photos.
By the way, you may encounter some PHP warnings. Use 7.1 if you can.
