I'm having to do an Manual Installation.  I'm getting tripped up at the Step 3 Configuration step.  When I type in the web address it's not being found.  I've tried many combinations and I must not be doing something right.  I've tried using the exact directory path to the installation directory but it's not being found. The installation instructions don't go into any details so any details would be helpful.
