Hello/Hi/Greetings,

in the email, generated by Piwigo when creating a new user, the URL to the Gallery website does not include the text after the tilde (~).
My gallery is hosted in the user section of the main host website and all user sections get the ~ in the URL. For instance ***link HS***
This bug was in Piwigo version 1.7 and it still is.
