hello,

i recently migrated a gallery from Piwigo hosting to my own server.  i uploaded all the data provided when i closed the hosted gallery, and ran the database script.  all of the albums are present in the new instance, and the photos themselves are there, but Piwigo doesn't seem to be able to generate any thumbnails or any other sizes.

In the Batch Manager i can see all the photos, but no thumbnails. and if i try to generate any images, i see a progress bar but then when it finishes it gives the error: photos can not be regenerated

i created a new album and uploaded images to it, but the same thing happens. no thumbnails, and unable to generate photos of any size.

i checked the logs in  _data/logs  and it shows no entries related to attempting to generate photos.
