Hi!

The plugin "Contact Form" version 2.8.0 works well for me with piwigo version 12.1.0.
However, if the plugin "Cookie Consent" version 12.0.0b is installed and cookies are not yet accepted  the contact form is not displayed at all.
If cookies are accepted, the contact form works well.
