admin themes and light/dark modes

Hi to all coders here :-)

The admin themes use the same "mechanics" as the gallery themes. We have a "default" themes with a default CSS files and all templates. Then we have a "clear" (=light) theme with just a CSS file and a "roma" (=dark) theme with just a CSS file.

I want to make obvious that there is no specific template files for light and dark themes. Only the CSS changes. When the user wants to switch from dark to light, the page has to be reloaded. Sometimes it means returning to the dashboard.

I think it's overkill to use the same mechanics as gallery themes and it would be so cool to switch from light to dark without reload the page.

For this we would need to have only one admin theme and have a class on BODY being "color-light" or "color-dark". It could be switched with a simple javascript code and no need to reload the page.
