How to delete a virtual album
Hello Piwigo Community,
I understand that we have two types of albums: virtuals and phisicals.
I understand that the phisical ones can be sync for deleting them.
But i'm trying to delete virtual ones and do'nt find the option.
I search here and I have found some answers but very old.
In some answers I read about options that my piwigo hasn't: "Administration->Album->Management->Delete album"
Then, my answer is:

Hi,
Starting with Administration->Albums->Manage, you will see Edit on mouse-over of an album.
In the tab Properties stand the "Delete album" action.

... and there, you will be given the choice to delete also the photos it contains. Or to keep them (default choice).

In Album/Manage/Properties doesn't exist any Delete option :(
It's something that I can't understand. Why not?
Now I have two albums "2021" but one of them is empty and, then, doesn't appear in the FrontPage. Then, its a minor problem, but I would like understand why I can't delete the second one...

That is to delete a virtual album :
If you do not see this in the management of your album, this means that your album is real, not virtual and I do not know how to delete it, since I use only virtual albums. Maybe via ftp.

Do you see a "Synchronize" option on the album properties instead of Delete? If so, that's a physical album like Katryne suggested. You need to delete that physical folder on your server and then re-synchronize and Piwigo will remove it. And by default, I don't think Piwigo will show any albums that have no photos in them.
