Piwigo 13.4.0

New release 13.4.0. This release adds a recurring check on your file system to see if photos listed in the database are in the filesystem as well. There was indeed a bug in the patch to upgrade to version 13.3.0, for users who upgraded between December 8th and 15th 2022. Special thank to boge90 and FaBay89 who reported the bug on Github.

I want to insist on the importance to report bugs: when we get the same bug reported by several users, it immediately tells us we have an emergency to deal with. Thanks again to bug reporters.
