Dear readers,
I have two populated Piwigo instances on my server, one in a subdomain, the other in a subdirectory. Now I wish to move all images from one into the other, i.e. merge them, really. After conclusion I will delete the empty instance.
I do need to keep all meta data and image descriptions intact.
Any suggestions on how to go about this?
Most grateful already!
Kiko

Use plugin Physical Photo Move here: https://piwigo.org/ext/extension_view.php?eid=859
Make the desired folder in your filmanager, syncronize and select pictures in admin batch manager, and move to new physical folder in dropdown menu.
Best Regards

I'm not sure my PPM extension will work for that. It's meant to move files (photos/videos) between physical (FTP sync) albums in a single piwigo instance, not across instances (which would each have their own set of database tables).
