My site has three users who are granted administrator permission. For one of the administrators, a duplicate empty user album is created when that user logs into the site. Of course, the administrator user does not need a 2nd user album. So, the duplicate user album is deleted. However, the next time that the same user administrator log into the site, the a duplicate empty user album is created.

The appearance of the duplicate empty user administrator album is predictable; therefore, it does appear to be something with the site configuration. Also, the appearance of a duplicate empty album for a specific user administrator only recently started occurring.

My guess is that this issue might be related to an update; however, I am not technically knowledge to verify the root cause or how to stop the duplicate album from being created.

Any suggestion on how to verify the root cause and a possible stop to the creation of the duplicate user administrator album will be appreciated.
