Hello,

I am trying to use Piwigo on my macOS Sonoma 14.4.  The app is downloaded on my Mac, and is configured with Apache.  I cannot get to the Admin to create an account, for when I put http://localhost in my browser, it returns 403 Forbidden: "You don't have permission to access this resource."

I do NOT have a URL, for Piwigo fails to run because of 403 Forbidden.
