iOS times out on LAN connection but not remote host

I've got two Piwigo instances both running 15.0. One hosted remotely on a web domain and one on the LAN. Using the iOS app, I can connect just fine to the remote web instance using the domain name and everything works as planned. For the local instance, hosted in docker, I can access it with a web browser on the phone no problem, but if I point the iOS app to my local  IP it just times out. I am passing the docker port in the IP as http://192.168.1.10:8085.

Is the iOS app not looking at the port properly? Anyone ever run into this?

IIRC the iOS app does not support http but only https. I might remember wrong though, not using it. Also not sure if it supports other ports at all.

Re: iOS times out on LAN connection but not remote host

Hi @FranckWard, @erAck,

The iOS app defaults to https and should suggest the http mode when the https one fails (when you do not type http:// or https://). If the https mode is 'partly configured', you can indeed encounter issues in establishing the connection. Try to type 'http://…".
