Is there a theme or configuration that creates a photoblog appearance?

By that I mean, the homepage only has one photo (the latest picture you took), and then clicking somewhere will let you cycle through the previous photos in reverse chronological order.

Then if you want to access the entire archive, there's a link to that too.

Long time ago, PixelPost would allow this, but it's currently a dead/unsupported project.
