Manage your photo library with Piwigo

Previously, our photos were stored on external hard drive and CDs, and indexed in a spreadsheet. A real challenge to find a file! Now it has become very easy and fast for the whole team to navigate through our photo library. Piwigo has completely changed the way we work! We chose Piwigo because the tool was complete, easy to use and affordable.

I use Piwigo to share the photo reports of my services with my customers, via a plugin that allows albums to be shared without making them public. Secondly, I use Piwigo to share service requests with each of my partners, isolating the photos that concern them in their own album and sharing them with the partners concerned. Finally, Piwigo enables me to work as part of a team: the photos I take are organized and then shared with my customers by my colleague, who can therefore work in parallel with my frequent additions. The Android application is also very useful. In short, Piwigo is the Internet photo gallery I needed! Well done!

As a member of basketball club in Rennes, I set up Piwigo to manage our team's many photos. Today, there are some 19,000 photos in public mode, and even more in private mode! and there's more to come. Managing albums and, above all, tags is a real pleasure, especially when it comes to easily finding the right photo to illustrate our website or create a specific poster or flyer. Private access also gives privileged access to our graphic designer, who can retrieve the original photos and work on them.
