Svn link are bad, what's happen?

The web server has a very high load every 30 minutes or so. I've deactivated piwigo.org/code yesterday to see if it's better.
It is slightly better but not really better :-/
I think the problem is that we don't have enough memory and MySQL is using swap instead. As soon as the server starts using swap, everything becomes slow :-/
Don't worry, we have a solution for the very near future.

No thank you. We have already done this with code.piwigo.org on nicolas's server. It was loading CPU even more because HTTP requests + filesystem access to SVN. Currently, we only have filesystem access.
