Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I have recently made a fresh install of Piwigo using Softaculous Apps Installer provided by my web hosting company. The installation appeared trouble free, but I am having a problem 'seeing' the larger size images. The images (jpg format) are up to 1600 pixels wide (less high), but I cannot 'see' any image larger than 1000 pixels wide (eg. 1200 pixels).
I have checked the image sizes, which allow for larger images by default.
My website is configured for php 7.0, but the /gallery folder where Piwigo is installed, has been set to php 5.2
I am not aware of the MySQL version. I do not use a database for my main website.
I have tried with no plugins active and with Fotorama, Image Preview, Preload and Admin Tools active without success.
I have uploaded images using the Web Form in the Administration area.
I have contacted my hosting company and they have been unable to find a solution.
I am sure (and hopeful) the solution is simple, but currently it is elusive. Please help.
Piwigo version: 2.8
PHP version: 5.2

Thanks for your response...
All images have no privacy restrictions - all set to Everyone.
All images in an album display as thumbnail images. I can edit the details of each image, but when I click on zoom, the image does not load.
I cannot see the plugin Multi View in the list of plugins available to install.
I do not know how to configure ImageMagick. My hosting company has mentioned this in preference and suggested I enable it within Piwigo, but where?
Thanks again for your response.

Theme used is the default theme on installation of Piwigo 2.8, as all other settings were.
However, problem now sorted...
ImageMagick is NOT compatible with Piwigo 2.8 - at least for me. Setting the library to GD in Localfiles has solved the problem. Previously, it was set to auto, which uses the Imagick library (if available) first.
Many thanks for your support.
Imagemagik is of course compatible It did render thumbnails no?
IM path need to be correct and can be changed via the local config. And IM binaries of the server need to work
IM is much more efficient so you should get a second look on that issue
