Hello/Hi/Greetings,
A new problem just popped up. I went to exit my website and inadvertently logged out while it was still in maintenance lockout. I am unable to log back in to unlock the website, even after a pc restart. This message comes up:
'Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /piwigo/identification.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.'
Could this be related to my previous uploading problem?

Hello
no you should be always able to fo to that id page
You might have a owner/chmod issue on your files/folder [all directories to 755, and all files to 644, and the owner not root]
Because you have 403 for that page, but also for the error page which should be displayed by the server

Thank you for your prompt reply. You mentioned that I "might have a owner/chmod issue on your files/folder [all directories to 755, and all files to 644, and the owner not root]". As you may have guessed, I'm still a novice at website management and have no idea how to use this information to help me resolve my problem. If you can direct me on how to make the changes that would enable me to log on to my website, I will follow your instructions. Because I'm unfamiliar with FTP, Cpanel or any other programming language, I really have no idea on where to even begin. If there are any corrections the Piwigo Team can make from your end, please let me know.
