Greetings,

When I sort photo order, some of the thumbnails don't appear. Instead I get just a photo icon and the photo file name. This happens on about 20% of the photos. All of the photos were reduced to the same maximum dimensions (1200x675) before uploading.

I exit piwigo and re-enter, refresh page, and delete cache with no change. The thumbnails appear when I view the actual album either as admin or as a guest or ad admin when managing in global mode . I'm using Roma theme, but the problem seems to happen regardless of a few themes I've tried.

I've attached a screenshot of what I get.

try "Delete multiple size images"

thanks for the idea, but it didn't fix it.

I went to edit images / global mode / selected all images / and deleted multiple images sizes. Same images are still not showing.

Just to be clear, this only happens when I'm trying to do a manual sort order of images. It does not happen when viewing the folder or in the global image edit view.

I figured it out. For some reason Piwigo isn't creating all of the image sizes I need. The image sorting page uses square images. I selected all the images and created multiple image sizes and chose square. The thumbnails now show in the sorting page.
