Odd behavior in beta 3:

- add a new virtual album
- go into Edit, notice it's unlocked (under Publication)
- type something into the description field, and Save
- notice the album is now locked
- try to unlock album, then Save; album locks again
- remove description, Save
- now the album is unlocked
- try to lock the album, then Save; album stays unlocked

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Operating system: Linux
PHP: 7.4.3
MySQL: 8.0.21-0ubuntu0.20.04.4
Graphics Library: External ImageMagick 6.9.10-23

[Github] Piwigo issue #1223

I confirm the bug. I fixed it. But I also think there is an UX problem here. The fact that the "unlocked" is on the left and the "forbidden" (next line) is also on the left, is not coherent.
