After deactivating this plugin the problem is solved.

Tags which are not starting with an uppercase can be filtered.

Solved the problem replacing the 3 files. Safari/Chrome working like a charm with tags editions.

Glad to see this fix working fine! I don't really like the way the PHP backend transmits the list of tags to the frontend (HTML/Javascript). We may need to change it.

Confirmed the tags functionality works, apart from the known issue filtering only working on tags not containing uppercase letters.
When invoking the tags page first time (or reloading) the AdminTools menu entries are displayed out of band as part of the page on the upper right, which resolves when hovering the mouse over the menu entries and the page is redrawn (seems to be what stefano1 reported as well). Poking around the same happens under Albums -> Move (with or without the patch doesn't matter) and under Users -> Groups.
