Based on [Forum, topic 14658] Beta 2.0rc4 - email notification, how it should work?, the question is: what start date should we use when computing information to notify? Currently we take the last notification date.

For example:

- July 1st, 2009 : Jon the photo gallery administrator adds his first photos (photoset 1) and sends an email notification. Peter receives an email notification of all new events
- July 3rd, 2009 : Jon adds new photos (photoset 2)
- July 5th, 2009 : Peter visits the gallery
- July 10th, 2009 : Jon adds photos (photoset 3) and sends another email notification to its members (Peter included)

The question is "on July 10th, 2009 should Peter be notified about photoset 2 or not?". Currently, we do. What's your opinion?
