shielding download software
I uploaded many photos, but some people use to download software to the server all the pictures full download, How do I shielding the download software !

Is there an alternative way to use this plugin?
I can't use it due to me being forced to remove the history table by my host as I mentioned a few weeks ago

Maybe in few weeks I've planned to launch a new plugin... (with a close target).
I didn't think to use it in that way but why not.
I have to analyze this in detail.
I will ask P@t (AntiAspi author) to share both concepts.

I don't think you would have to reinvent the wheel as such.
I gave the v2 plugin a go(not for 1.7.3) and when in admin mode, it worked fine blocking any type of leeching, and I could browse around. However, I doubt any robots would be able to access like google, yahoo, msn etc so adding a whitelist would be a excellent addition for all trusted search engines.
When I went to guest mode. it produced a error just like this from the anti aspi thread
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_a_guest() in /homez.10/bfamily/www/plugins/AntiAspi/main.inc.php on line 37

You can add allowed IP address in your config_local.inc.php:

AntiAspi 2.0.a and 2.0.b versions are only for piwigo 2.0.0 version.
For PWG 1.7.3, you must use AntiAspi 1.7.c

You can configure AntiAspi in your config_local.inc.php like this:
$conf['antiaspi'] = array(
'diff' => '20 pages in 00:00:10' , // IP banned if 20 different pages viewed in 10 seconds
'same' => '15 pages in 00:00:30' , // IP banned if 15 identical pages viewed in 30 seconds

You can use LocalFiles Editor to edit you config_local.inc.php file.

I was using AntiAspi 1.7.c a while back with no issues but when I was told by hosting company to remove the history table. I had to uninstall it due to it having plugin errors due to the history table removal as previously mentioned.
I fully understand that AntiAspi 2.0.a and 2.0.b are for Piwigo and not PWG 1.7.3, but I gave it a try all the same to see if I got lucky with it which I didn't. I had nothing to lose.
Thanks for the allowed IP's array usage. I will make up a whitelist if I get a work around for the issue that I have. I had no problems with the config.local when using it. Although, I had not made a ip list.
