Nothing fundamental there.

Criss delivered his first plugin without any maintain.inc.php

That gave me this idea on a possible jumps.
We need to keep Install/activate/deactivate/uninstall but:

Activate on a non installed plugin could run both install and activate.

(and as well, I am not sure it is a good idea but:
Uninstall on an activated plugin could run both deactivate and uninstall.)

Is that sound correct?
(I remember rvelices we had some points over there).
Maybe it could be a new feature for next release.

Any comments?
