Hi

Anyone know a good program for reading documents aloud, preferably free/cheap? I've got a lot of PDFs and other docs that I'd ike to be able to listen to.How do you know if a developmen program is of good or poor program design? What are the tell-tale signs? And how should you go about designing a program?
