Hi:

I need to create an user with some administrative priviligies.

He can create/delete or modify categories and anything else.

How can i do that??

Some privileges... ???
Any Administrator has all privileges except some notification/mailing rights.

Privilege levels are not implemented currently.

Anyway, if you planned to give them pLoader... You can use the [extension by plg] Community.
But they are able to create a sub-category from root or any categories they are authorised to access.
