Bug: Uploadify changes username to "guest"

Hello,

I wonder why uploadify always connects uploaded pictures with the data base entry "guest", even if I am an administrator with a username. But $user[username] in the function add_uploaded_file of fuctions_uploaded_inc.php is always "Guest", if you use the flash uploader! In the html uploader it works correctly.

Can you help me? Do you have a fix for it?

Hi wernerk,

You mean that piwigo_images.added_by = 2 in the database?

With Community plugin and the upload form in the gallery or in the administration?

Re: Bug: Uploadify changes username to "guest"

Hi,

meanwhile I found out that the changing to guest status is not a problem of uploadify but of the administration in general. See my postig from 2012-03-04 "Logged in as webmaster but suddenly guest".

Greetings
Werner
