I'd like to move "related tags" from the header menu to a block below category/album thumbnails.
PWG Stuffs does this on the main album/category page, but when you select a tag to get a new thumbnail group the tags block disappears. To further narrow thumbnails/photo groups "related tags"
in still available in the header on a drop-down button, but for useability I'd like it bigger and always shown.

Using PWG Stuffs to move the tag block does not work because it displays all the tags, not "related tags" associated with a specific album/category.

Can anyone help.

I'd also like any suggestions on creating a "current class" to highlight the current the menu button.
