Hello sir i was was working in my cpanel and i lost(delete) my database by which i make piwigo gallery i have now when i open my website this error comes and i try my pass but its not working

obviously if you have deleted your database you must reinstall Piwigo
to init install process, first delete de file local/config/database.inc.php

i have backup of all piwigo file how can i fix it now when i upload that files but i dont have database file i make new one with old name what should i do i dont want to lose my data i make a very nice gallery
